I have 3 phone on one account
my phone which is unlimited and my 2 children phones which has 2 gig
I contacted ee as the app does not let me gift data . They said they were experiencing technical problems with the app and it would be back up and running on Monday 12th sep
It is now Friday the 16th and still not up and running
Still can’t gift data to my children can anyone from ee tell me what is happening please

I have the same problem, I have 4 contracts but only one of them appears in the app (my daughters). I can't add the others and can't do data gifting. Have tried reinstalling the app and re-registering but nothing works.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check the setup of your account.
