Gift data and looking at why bill is higher than usual

How can I gift data, and check why bill is higher than usual if I can’t get onto the proper app. Disgusting. You pay all that money and can’t even check it.

@tracyatko72  have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it the app/your account is working.
