This apps been down to long , this needs to be sorted 

or else we deserve compensation 

The apps down so How do I gift aid ??

@21Poolroadtrenc   Have you cleared your device cache ?  Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app ?  Can you login to your online account?    If you can not login to your account online you need to call customer services and request an account reset.
