Family usage tab is not on my app where it used to be.
Deleted and re-installed app. Searched through settings, the app, the website and the help forum several times with no joy.

I cant see that either. Only a guide with a video telling me to use the EE app and go family usage. Is there another method?

On the app home page press mobile plan. It’s on there. It can’t get any simpler. It literally idiot proof.
