Family usage tab missing

Family usage tab is not on my app where it used to be.

Deleted and re-installed app. Searched through settings, the app, the website and the help forum several times with no joy.

I cannot see family usage either

@Bubbles19  That’s because it’s not on the new app this thread is about the old app that you can not longer use. 

  you open the app and on the first page you scroll down to

The video is so unhelpful. You assume we have families and it doesnt really explain how to gift!

NO family usage section

When i try to add an extra number (4gee wifi) it reminds me im the account holder and says its inaccurate?

What is the full error message you see when trying to add your number to your My EE account?

an account holder for this number already exists

Hi @hawkeye471,

That message indicates the number is already associated with another email address.

Please get in touch with Customer Care and a member of the team will remove it for you.

Why remove?  It should be on the same account,same email as it was included in my broadband package when i changed my plan.

I think @James_B meant they'll remove the association to another account so that it can be added to the correct one, @hawkeye471
