Hi
Prior to the big update to the EE app that occurred around a month or 2 ago, I could go into any one of my family phones on the app and click on "Extra Charges" to see if there has been anything extra charged during the current month.
I dont seem to be able to see this anywhere in the updated app, or am I missing something?

@hawkerpaul , make sure that from the drop down, you are clicking on the number you want to check for extra charges, I would have thought that should work.

I dont see Extra Charges anywhere. Looked through the sub menus too.
Does it not get shown at all if there are not any incurred so far perhaps?

@hawkerpaul , it will only show up when there are extra charges either due or have incurred.

@hawkerpaul , click on bills and payments, you should see the extra charges there, it looks like it has changed, and click on the one that shows extra charges included , at the top click on extra charges.

So the extra charges only apply to previous months, and not the current unpaid month now?
Or will this appear on the front screen for the current month if there are indeed any?

@hawkerpaul at the moment cannot tell, as my bill is about to go out and so extra charges are on the bill going out right now, and as the app is relatively new, cannot remember, as the only extra charges I have are from Apple and receive notification from them, sorry, maybe someone else will have the answer.
