Eligible for upgrade, upgrade button on any site or device does not work.

I have used different browsers on different devices in switching in and out of private browsing modes. This is a last resort post, I am not calling customer service, I will just do without upgrading my plan.

Mine is a pay monthly and I was due an upgrade in April 22.  Its still not working.

Doesn't work for me either. Problem is with website, not browsers. The button simply has no redirection to another page, it's blank. This is a first lesson fix for a web engineer. EE fix it!
