I have an ee mobile and data only SIM. Why can the App or website connect the two? I have found i can check my useage of one on my ee and the other on the app. Is that as good as it gets?

Are they both either pay as you go or pay monthly SIM cards?

No. One is an annual PAYG, the other my Mobile contract SIM.

Sorry, you can only have the same account types managed in the same My EE. You would need to have separate My EE accounts for the SIM cards.

I know it doesn’t work. I have tried creating two accounts with different email addresses, but that doesn’t work. I get either one sim or the other on both accounts.

Its OK. I can get the mobile on the App and the data sim on the webpage somehow.
