So i preordered iphone 15 promax during the weekends. I received an email from EE asking me to call them to discuss about my order because it seems that there were some errors. I tried calling customer service from 9am every hour but no answers. Then everyday i received an sms from ee asking me to call them to discuss my preorder. Still no answer every time i call from 9-6 pm. They already deducted payment from my acct. Did i just got scammed? If not is there a working customer service number for EE? This are the numbers that was mentioned on the email and sms that i need to call - 0800 956 3045, 0800 956 6042.
