Good as new iphone contracts

I’m looking to set up a new mobile contract but when I log in it doesn’t let me select the good as new mobiles , yet if I am not logged in I would be able to purchase one without an issue … why is this ? It is not a new customer deal so surely an existing customer should be able to get the same phone deal also? Can anyone help? Or know why this is?

@Tommylove  You should be able to as my last device was a good as new.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The good as new options for phones completely disappears once logged in , it’s strange. It would let me add a good as new watch no problem it just seems to be the phones that are an issue
