I have deleted and downloaded the app and updated to the version released today 5.13.1to no avail
I have contacted tech support who have not been able to help can you pass this onto the back office to resolve please guys?
I receive a message saying its not been poss to connect you, your number as been altered.

what has that got todo with the my EE app ?

It as everything thing to do with the EE App. I use the EE App, press help button then call -this is meant to verified you when you connect to an agnate at EE. I receive a message saying connecting you, followed by its not been possible to connect you as your number as been altered.
Ive detailed the app and reinstalled and am using the latest version of the app 5.13.1

Can you get in touch by calling 150, or is it just the app feature you're struggling with?
