I just linked my EE Sim to my account and when I go on the website it shows my data usage etc. but when I go on the app, it’s not showing, do I have to wait a couple hours for it to update on the app or something?

Hi, I did delete the app and reinstall it but it didn’t work, so I left it for a couple of hours and then went onto the app and it was showing on the app, didnt realise it needed a minute to just update to the app, thanks for the reply 👍

It's fab to hear that you have your main online account working as expected and managed to link your products successfully. The EE app should update with your changes too.
Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?
Is your device fully up to date with the latest software updates?
