EE link device error

Up until very recently I could log in to the app or website and I could access all details of my account, however now everytime I log in via the app or website im asked to link devices (I have 3 different numbers on my account) and none are accepted and I keep getting an error message......im trying to upgrade but getting no where.....is EE having issues? Thanks Matt

If you haven't done so yet, I'd suggest speaking with our Technical Support Team about the issues you're facing. They'll be able to review everything and work on getting this resolved.

I am having the exact same issue. Unable to access my account due to needing to link my two phones, and unable to do so. 🤷
