I am very upset angery and furstrated on people working in EE insurance department. They blocked my ipone 13 pro max instead of lost iphone 15 pro max . Absolute waste of space these people are .

Then ring customer service press option 2 and spoeak to then to unblock the 13 pro max and blcok 15 pro max, you may have to use another phone to ring them if you cannot do it on your phone, we cannot do anything here.
