I am curious as to whether anyone has ever had a response from this contact form, other than a generic " we are investigating" automated reply? 

I have been waiting weeks for a response to my query as to when they will actually fix the problems in my area. I have had notifications of problems at least twice a day for weeks now. I have had virtually no signal at my home, but still paying full price for a service I am not actually getting.

Have you entered the postcode on our network status checker and selected 'check status' this will show you any reported problems in the area and the latest information we have?

Yes. I have done this, and the notifications arrive several times a day,
but still the signal is appalling or totally mone existent!
