I am curious as to whether anyone has ever had a response from this contact form, other than a generic " we are investigating" automated reply?
I have been waiting weeks for a response to my query as to when they will actually fix the problems in my area. I have had notifications of problems at least twice a day for weeks now. I have had virtually no signal at my home, but still paying full price for a service I am not actually getting.
