EE app

I was moved to EE from.BT and I was told I do not need to change anything but was sent another router and was told to download another app on my ohone if I wanted parental controls for my children. It's been almost 6 months the app doesn't work . The broadband  is **bleep**e, I have called to explain that my app doesn't work they couldn't fix it to.date a waste of time!! I regrade moving to EE 😞

@fbujra : Which app have you d/loaded? What's its version no.? Have you paired the replacement router with it?

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
