Iv been with EE for about 3 weeks my app says this. I don’t even know what’s it’s trying to load ?

What happens when you attempt to login on EE ID HERE?
have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app?
have you created a EE ID?

It’s all looks normal when I log in on that link and yess iv uninstalled and reinstalled and it still says it
