For over month it's not been working and internet isnt good either what's happening and what's going on I've been an eye customer for over 3 years now it's rediculas

@Soph30 The app hasn’t been down for over a month. It’s been accessible if you haven’t tried deleting and reinstalling it and I highly recommend you call customer services and request that they reset your online.

Is the app working for you this morning?
If not, can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
