It always appears to be when my bill goes live too. If I had a tin foil hat I'd say it's so they hope I forget to check in a few days, Its a lot higher than expected and I can't even check it through EE.co.uk let alone the app.
Possibly the worst app ever .. never works always needs updating and still don’t work .. can’t do anything on the app ever ..always having to log back in. Loyal customer for 20 years and still receiving a loyalty gift lol ..phone signal has always been good I must say !!
@Jameshunt69 It’s not the app its accounts are taken offline for any maintenance work required so this will affect the app as it’s a portal to your account.
