EE app not working

My EE app won't open. Doesn't even start up. After pressing the app icon a few times it throws up a message saying 'My EE failed to start several times. Restore it by clearing it's history?'. Clearing cache doesn't help. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. I now have 3 members of my household pulling their hair out because I can't top up their data. Please help!

Oppo find x2 pro. Can't find any other Oppo users with the same issue. I'm stumped!

Hi @wolgizee 

Close the app down and restart your device. Then go into settings - apps/applications and clear the cache/data for your EE app. 

See if that works.

Yep no problem at all. I've also realised I can gift data from there so that's a relief!

I have oppo A53 and the app wil not work for my user. Works for the first account. Never works with mine. Others have iPhones.
