I’ve paid my phone bill but my data and calls aren’t working

Good evening you put a ban on my mobile as money was owed I payed it yesterday at 10:45pm and it’s still not working 

Mobile Internet so slow, down to 1-2mbps

Lately EE mobile Internet has been so slow, did a speedtest just now and I'm getting download speeds of 2.8mbps, what's going on EE?

Yet again this Mobile app is being updated this is a joke it’s every other night this should be done in early hours of morning so please get your act together and sack whoever is authorising this what a let down
