EE Website.

I have one question: has your web developer ever tried accessing your website on their own laptop? The EE website is the most useless and complicated website I've ever seen from a mobile or internet provider. Even Lycamobile's website is 100 times better than yours. Honestly, every time I visit ee.co.uk, I wonder why you still can't develop a user-friendly website.
Whenever someone asks you a question, your response is always 'we're the best network in the UK, number one in the UK, etc.' You're lucky that Vodafone and Three haven't merged yet, like T-Mobile and Orange did in the past. If that ever happens in the UK, it will be the end of EE.
You're charging customers a lot of money and spending a fortune on TV ads. Spend some money on improving your website and you'll attract more customers. I don't want a response; if I see any changes to your website, I'll assume you're actually listening to your customers' feedback.

Hi @tahirmian

Thanks for coming back to the community.

Are you logged into your EE account online and experiencing problems with the website?

Could you let me know which parts of the website you would like to provide feedback for?

Leanne 🙂

Thank you for reaching out! I appreciate your effort to gather feedback. I'm experiencing issues with the website's user interface, particularly with the MY EE login section. I find it quite complicated and difficult to navigate. It appears that the website is still displaying the mobile view version even when accessed through a laptop, which adds to the frustration.
I would suggest reviewing the entire website, including the MY EE login section, to improve the user experience and make it more intuitive and user-friendly.

Thanks for coming back to me @tahirmian

Is this happening on multiple browsers?

Do you get an error message when logging into your EE account?

Leanne.

Hi @Leanne_T

I am grateful for your efforts to assist me thus far. Despite attempting to troubleshoot the issue by utilising alternative browsers, the problem persists. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the EE website has consistently presented navigational complexities. In light of this, I request that you or your web development team attempt EE website and my EE website login  on a laptop to gain a comprehensive understanding of the issue I am experiencing. Alternatively, if EE has a recommended browser for optimal website functionality, please do share this information with me.

Thanks,
