Howdy, I am trying to update my account, I am being prompted to enter my username and password and then being forced to enter a phone number to use for 2FA which is fine except I never receive the passcode via sms.

@misterforums Have you enabled 2FA on your account?
on the EE app click the person icon top right then click login information and you see an option to enable 2FA

I cannot enable it. I never receive the verify sms. I moved to EE a few months back and since then, sometimes sms works and sometimes it doesn't.
Ironically texts from 150 come through fine saying there isn't a network issue but if I try and login I get prompted to verify my mobile number and enter a passcode that will be sent to that number. That sms never arrives. This is the same procedure when you try and enable 2FA or change your login email address / username.

What device are you using?
Do you receive verification texts from other companies?
