What am I doing wrong 😕.
I've downloaded the EE app but can only view my mobile billing and account. I also have an EE TV subscription, but when I click on "TV " option, it just shows me offers and tells me to sign up.
I've been with EE TV for over two years now, and used to be able to view my details easily. But for the past few months I've had no way of seeing my TV account or billing.
I want to change the day my bill goes out of my bank, but am not being allowed to do it.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the community.
When you login to the EE app, please scroll to the bottom of the page and try to link your broadband and EE TV account to see if that lets you view everything.
If it doesn't let you, give our broadband guides a call, and they'll be able to help to make sure you can see it.
