Hey,
I have an issue where I have left the armed forces and don't have access to my email registered to the EE perk account.
A recent search on this website showed that veterans are still eligible for EE perks, however I'm unable to login to verify eligibility (I.e. upload my ID). Please could I get some support getting back online?

Just to check, have you tried re-registering with your personal email address and an upload of your ID on our Perk Registration page?
If this email has previously been registered though, please let me know and we'll see what we can get sorted from there.
