EE Finance application process: can anyone share their experience?

Hi Everyone,

I’m having an issue with the EE Finance application process and wanted to ask if anyone has successfully purchased something through EE Finance.

After clicking the “Resume Now” button, I’m only redirected to the authorisation page, with no option to complete the purchase.

Could someone please share what the correct flow should look like?

Great to hear you're looking to make a purchase using our finance options. 

We've not seen any other reports of the same issue. 

Can you clear your browser cookies and cache and try again? Alternatively try the purchase/application through an alternative browser. 
One thing you can also test if it you still have the same experience going through the process with your browser on Incognito or safe mode.
