EE App - worst ive ever known

Why does the ability to turn the WIFI OFF for the kids go down on a Friday & Saturday night ….when you need it most 

why is the app being updated & down so much, when it never gets better 

it’s **bleep**ing awful all the time

Totally agree with you! I was with BT never had this problem until they changed or merged with EE. We've noticed it on a Saturday doesn't help when kids end up staying up until 6am on their game because I fell asleep unwell & the timer wifi down time didn't work. Then that causes problems getting up for school as their trying to catch up on sleep. 

Why doesn't EE make us aware the app doing a update or isnt working ? Why doesnt EE do their updates on the app 3/4am?.

COME ON EE HELP PARENTS OUT !! I'm actually considering leaving EE for this reason.

While updates and improvements are ongoing service access maybe restricted or not available. These are implemented at the time when there are smaller user numbers but will inevitably impact some people.

The EE app is not a replacement for parental responsibility.
