EE App update - how long will this take

I need to gift some data to family members. Why is there such a delay? This has taken too long. 

We need some goodwill gesture as this is really frustrating.

Thanks for coming here. 

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
