EE App still not working after at least 8 months

I don't understand why it's taking so long to fix access to the ee app I can't even access my billing online which has made me miss a payment and now been chased for a debt it's been over 8 months now and I can't call as my phone won't allow me too. I can't even add my extender because I need to use the app to do this so have bad WiFi signal in my house now. There is no chat facility on the website which I'd of thought should be. Please advise on what I can do. Many thanks for reading

There is no Live Chat for BB. You need to call.

The app genuinely has never worked. It's so frustrating. I've been with EE for this contract & the previous so coming UK to 4-5 years now & it's never worked once.

You can never link you devices, never access anything, the phone lines are awful and the live chat a disgrace. I cannot wait for my contract to be up so I can ditch this useless company.
