@SteveTu2 You have jumped the gun, the EE app does your account and also the connection to your EE hub, so until you get the Equipment the Broadband side will have zero connection.

You need the app for all the major functions to work, just wait and then follow what is needed.

I'm lost. What has the HUB got to do with an error logging in to the EE android app? I didn't want to use the EE android App to anything with the hub yet - I just wanted to download it and connect to my account - ie in the same way as I connected to my account via my laptop's web browser (and presumably a browser on my phone).

@SteveTu2 Look on this part of the Forum.

Any specific page? That link appears to reference a thread that is >500 pages long!

I have done everything prescribed and described in the thread to login in using the EE App, including contacting the "team". The app is useless and clearly does not work. When I enter my details at login, it sends me a verification code and, asks me to login!? We keep going around in circles. As the "team" member said - "it is a problem for a high percentage of users", which includes me. I have had this issue for over 2 years. As a consequence,  i use the internet to view my monthly bills. Bot answers are useless, too. Sort it out EE, it's a shambles and embarrassment to you.
