I recently have made an EE account, then suddenly it says you are not the account holder of this account and i’m having issues because i am trying to get Data And credit.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Please log into your My EE account online then go to Account settings > Manage numbers to add yourself as the bill payer, does this work for you?
