EE Account Link - Doesnt Work

So just took out 3 new phones for my small business. and cannot link any of the phones to any online account. First bill was sent to my accountant, who then sat on it for a week by the time they sent it to me i was already 5 days over the initial payment date. paid that online using bank transfer. now what am i supposed to do with these three phones. how do i set up a business account. every time i try with any of the phones they cannot be linked ? feel like sending the three of them back and taking my business elese were , been trying to do this for 3 weeks !!

Sorry to hear you're facing issues linking your new lines to the EE account. 

I'd recommend calling our Business Support team on 150 any EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any UK landline or network who will be able to manually link the lines for you. 

You can also contact them via WhatsApp and then click 'Get in touch on WhatsApp' at the top. 
Alternatively you can contact the team via Live Chat. Just click the "Live Chat" pop up. 

They're available 7 days a week, 8am - 6pm.

This is an ongoing problem with ee, for which they have no fix.  It's been the case since the end of November 2024.

This is not true,  not just me but many others on these forums have spoken with the small business team at EE, who have confirmed that they cannot manually link lines to small business accounts. 

 

Please if you're going to try to help at least give accurate information.

I called last week, the Support guy instantly knew of the problem and advised they need to put in a complaint... ? This doent really help. i have a business account i need to be able to actually view information on the phones etc , the first bill was even sent to the accountant and not the business address ? I cannot see any of this information as i cannot link the phones to an account. Utter Joke. Crap service
