I have not been able to open my Ee App for a week it keeps saying the app is being worked on so I cannot gift data or check my usage. I have downloaded a new app but has made no difference the only difference is the monthly amount I am paying has shot up and now I cannot use my app properly I am seriously considering going to another company when my contract is up

I am sorry to hear this is happening.
Have you also tried deleting the app then redownloading?
Does the same happen if you log in to your My EE online rather than the app?
