@TMV1 It is working I’ve just used it. Try clearing your device cache and uninstall and reinstall the app. Can you login to your online account?

Perhaps you have access
many mere mortals like myself don’t have. I moved to EE on 22 Jun 23 and the app hasn’t worked at all, apart from logging on and getting the app ‘home screen’ - and even that isn’t working today! Otherwise unable to get any details. Screen message being ‘Awkward something’s wrong. Not your fault, ours. Try again later’

Can you access your My EE account online through a web browser?
Have you tried removing the app from the device and redownloading from the app/play store?

Yes have deleted and reinstalled app three times; same message ‘Awkward, something’s wrong. Not your fault…’ and access each time. I am able to access ‘limited’ areas via website, but again not all areas. I am surprised that access via app appears to be such an issue for a communication company such as EE.

I would suggest calling on 150 so our mobile care team can get this looked into for you and make sure you can access your My EE account.
