Where has the live chat option gone? 
I want to speak to someone with regards to an upgrade but don’t want to do it over the telephone

I’ve done that and it’s not showing 😞 I am on an iPhone and tried a few browsers.

Do you  think the iPad would be any different?

@andysandy it's working OK my end can you try a different browser?

@David @I’ve tried safari, chrome & edge and none are working.

will try on my iPad now rather than phone
