Device not found when linking

Hi in trying to link my Phone to my ee account so I can view billing etc. I put the phone number in and it says no device found but I've been using this since the start of my contract for calls etc so defo connected . Really unsure what to do as I can't view my bills or nothing

@B14xke If it is still coming up with an error when trying to link up online please give us a call on 150 when you can and one of our guides can take a look at linking it up for you.

Hi @B14xke It's understandable that you'd like to get your products linked up to your EE account as soon as possible.

I'd recommend clicking this link: Linking EE products to your EEID

Ive already done that and it says theres a problem linking....
