I need to transfer data to my son who’s away and I keep getting a blank page, 

can this be resolved asap

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Did you solve it as I’ve got the same problem? 

I have had the blank screen issue for over a month now, it’s frustrating that EE can’t even make an app or the online website work. I understand bugs happen but come on EE make yre app and online site work.
