Please can you help, I need to gift data to my daughter today, I've tried several times and can't get into my account at all to do this ??

@Scarlett08 Is this via the my EE app or online ? If via the app have you tried clearing the device cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If it’s via your online account you’ll need to call customer services to request an account reset.
