Why has the new app taken away my ability to top up my sons phone attached to My EE account. It was never a problem until the **bleep**ty recent updates came out

Look for it under Menu > Switch accounts drop-down.

Its not the menus thats the problem. Its when i go to pay it the app & website on s10 both dont allow CVv number for payment. Also the website does not even give the option for me to view his number. The app needs fixed

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is his mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
