WHY CAN I NOT TALK TO A HUMAN. I AM TIRED OF GOING THROUGH PRESS ONE FOR THIS TWO FOR. I AM LOSING TH E WILL TO LIVE. IF I COULD TALK TO A HUMAN ONE MINUTE WOULD DO. ARE ALL MOBILE COMPANIES SO UNCARING OF CUSTOMERS THAT THEY HAVE SUCH DODGY SUPPORT?

I thought that a forum was a place to make inquiries regarding help/knowledge/assistance. Delivered kindly and not with sarcasm.
I (and others) have issues with the level and type of support offered by EE, and the ease with which it can be obtained or not.

Perhaps I should think, oh stuff pressing option one then? I needed to talk to someone, so I pressed option one.

I think 150 is one of the best customer services. I get through to a human very quickly every time, no long waits and the bonus, they're very often speaking to you in a beautiful Irish accent that I clearly understand. They are super polite and helpful. Not sure why your experience is soooo different from mine. Maybe as suggested previously, you could listen carefully to the first set of options given.
