I lodged a complaint yesterday regarding me unable to manage my account in any way app or online which is in my opinion a failure on Ee part
I am paperless billing and after complaining I expected to receive by email my complaint registered
To make it worse in order to see my own account they sending me paper bill and charging me £2.50 for the pleasure
I believe this is a disgrace that I can't manage my account and must be breaking some kind of legal requirement ,I am sick of this and the excuses they make after spending an hour of my time trying to access my own account

@Bm050959 Have you asked customer support to reset your online account? And no it’s not breaking any law that you can not access your account.
