My phone was stolen on 06/04/24 later half an hour I reported to the police for resolving my issues nothing was really helpful. Later on, I contacted the bank a couoleof times for resolving my problems again nothing done. After few weeks on went on holidays and now I am back and want to claim the issue and to be done as soon as possible. I would really appreciate it if you take my claim seriously. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

If you haven't already done so have you reported the Phone Stolen to EE so they can block the phone and Sim. They will send out a new sim card to you. What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?
Do you have insurance on the Phone with EE? If not they won't give you a new phone

@Turyale123 You need to call EE CS about this, the forum is public, has no account details and if i was you would not expect any call back.
