For a full week the checkout has not been working for me at all. I payed my current phone off 2 weeks ago nearly so i could upgrade easily to the iphone 17pro in preparation for a holiday coming up… however i was hit with this same message over and over. I have tried website, app, desktop, refreshed it, redownloaded. Nothing. Its been a week now and no change nothing, all i get is the cliche response of you need to go in or call up but i work long hours 6-7 days a week. Why is this happening and can anyone help, i literally just want a simple upgrade and transaction. Live chat isn't available for query, no email.

If you're noticing the same issue across multiple devices and browsers, chances are these issues will be linked to the account setup rather than your devices.
Using a private browsing window could be one last thing to try, just to be sure, though.
I appreciate this isn't the easiest option for you, but if you give our team a call, they'll be able to help you get this order placed, and also check to ensure your account is set up as it should be at our end.
