Check my bill. Does not work in new app

The new app must just be for advertising. Trying to click something as useful as checking my bill hangs the app and just shows a grey screen....... Oh yes and it is so bland and clunky looking compared to the last app. ... Well done to the team who made the app, you ripped off EE proper.

Can you view your bills if you log into your My EE online through a web browser? 

Do you get the grey screen when you try and download the bill?

I can get to my bill with the tiny bills and payments button I found on the app but the big green button in the app that told me there are extra charges and has a link to "check my bill" gives grey screen.

Does the same happen if you log into your online account? 

Can you view the bills if you use the drop down for previous months?

Which device are you using?
