Chat option in app

 Just confused why in my EE app I don't have chat option? My partner have this option in app. We are both using iPhones with latest iOS and latest app version. Whats wrong with my account ? 😅

Yes. I am with ee more than 7 years on pay monthly.  And yes we both on pay monthly.

Yeah I am only one on this account. But may be this is issue because I have 2 contracts and I think old pay as you go sim card registered in my account for EE dongle?

That could be the issue, @maxon_uk 

Can you access chat if you select your main EE pay monthly number?

Unfortunately not. Tried all 3 numbers

I'd recommend speaking to Customer Care on 150 for more help with this, @maxon_uk 

If it's the old pay as you go number causing the issue, they'll be able to remove it for you.
