I have migrated from BT to EE. I have received all my kit and it has been installed and working since Thursday. I have an EE ac - XXXXXXXXXX. I have installed the App. I cannot look at my broadband or virus under plans and subscriptions as "order is pending." I repeat, it is not, everything is up and running. Please fix.
