Broaband still not linking to app

I was promised that my broadband would be linked to my app a few days ago but still nothing, this has been ongoing since Feb

@Juggy14 Are you a BT to EE customer with this issue, and have you tried to link accounts yourself?

@Juggy14 So i will take it your answer is yes to both questions, and as there appears to be the major issue with BT - EE account linking then you will have to wait, if you search the forum you should find (backlog) in trying to sort accounts.

I'm having the exact same issues the customer service and technical team are totally useless.
