Cant add phone to my ee account

When I log in to ee, I'm asked to add a product (phone) to my account. Everytime I put in my phone number to do so it's says that the number belongs to another account and user. Which is me! Iv had the same number over 10 years now. I don't know if iv made more than one account in the past with an old email or something but I cannot seam to rectify this. Please help

Welcome to the community.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to remove your number from any associations with other accounts so that you can add it.
