I am trying to manage my account through the my EE app but its saying I am unable to do so as I am not the account holder but I am!

Please give us a call on 150 and a member of our customer care team will be able to help change your My EE account settings.

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
