So today I was chatting to EE via the message service, and changed a few things around as I have lost access to my mobile phone (which I shall hopefully get back in a few weeks) so I have changed some account details over to my partners phone to be able to access things like billing etc.
only to now find I can't access anything via her email address and login details other than a temporary sim card I have in an old phone and a pay monthly device I picked up a week ago.
the two main phone numbers on the account have completely disappeared one of them being the main admin for all the accounts.
how would I reclaim these accounts so I can access everything on the my EE app?
I've tried logging in via a web browser but to no unveil I still can't access the two main accounts.

What do you mean when you say you moved some account details? Did you transfer your account into your partners name?
To continue to access My EE without your phone, you just need to login with your email address and password at id.ee.co.uk/login from any web browser.

I have spoken to a member of the technical team today around mid day and he has sorted my situation out and everything is back to the original status before making the changes.
